Our Mission

Our Team
Larry Jacobs was born in 1945 and lives in Oakland, California with his wife. He graduated from Bradley University in 1967 with a BA in accounting. He earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance and Commerce in 1969. He has been helping clients with their income taxes issues since 1970.
Robert Rand came to California after college in 1967. He has resided in Piedmont, California since 1977 with his wife, Stephanie. He graduated from the University of Florida, with a BSBA in Finance, Economics and Accounting in 1967 and in addition earned an MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1977 and the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College in 1997. He has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Idaho since 1971 and 2008 respectively. He has been advising clients regarding their accounting, financial planning, tax and mortgage, borrowing strategies and real estate issues since 1969.
Dennis Abbott was born in 1945 and lives in Oakland, California. He graduated from Bradley University with a BA in International Studies, in addition Dennis completed 30 semester hours in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, New Mexico and New York since 1982. He has been counseling his clients with respect to their tax, financial accounting, and general business issues since 1972.
